Hello, My name is Dennis Guinn and welcome to Guinn & Co Appraisal Services.  I am starting a second career in the real estate appraisal.  I retired from my first career in 2000 from the Kansas Highway Patrol as a Master Trooper.  I worked the Highways of Kansas for 27 years in Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth Counties and in southern Kansas on the Kansas Turnpike for 18 years.  I have lived most of my life in Sumner County, Kansas except for the years in Kansas City area. 

I am married and have two married daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter.  I am trying to learn the game of golf and like most Its addictive.  I enjoy the appraisal business and am trying to be one of the better ones in the area. 

"Have ruler will travel" is not a motto I take lightly.  I will try to be the best appraiser with accurate and speedy appraisals for your needs.
