Hello, My name is Dennis Guinn and welcome to Guinn & Co Appraisal Services.  I am starting a second career in the real estate appraisal.  I retired from my first career in 2000 from the Kansas Highway Patrol as a Master Trooper.  I worked the Highways of Kansas for 27 years, 9 years in Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth Counties and 18 years in southern Kansas on the Kansas Turnpike from Wichita to the Oklahoma border.  Except for the nine years in northeast Kansas I call southern Kansas home.   

I have been married for forty years and have two married daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter.  I am trying to learn the game of golf and like most beginning golfers it can be adictive.  I am enjoying the new adventure of the appraisal business and am trying to be the best I can be. 

"Have ruler will travel" is not a motto I take lightly.  I will try to be the best appraiser with most accurate and speedy appraisals for your needs.
